Ms. Soo brings to the Board robust experience in technological innovation and trends as well as deep executive experience in global, consumer-focused industries.

 

Experience​

 

Ms. Soo has served on our Board since October 2024. She has been Chief Executive Officer of OpenTable, Inc. a restaurant technology company and subsidiary of Booking Holdings Inc., a travel technology company ("Booking Holdings"), since August 2020. Previously, Ms. Soo held multiple marketing and senior leadership roles with KAYAK Software Corporation ("Kayak"), travel meta-search service and subsidiary of Booking Holdings, from 2010 to July 2020, including serving most recently as Chief Commercial Officer from 2017 to July 2020, Senior Vice President of Business Development in 2017, and Senior Director of New Markets from 2013 to 2014. She served as a director at EverCommerce Inc., a service commerce platform, from March 2021 to October 2024. Ms. Soo previously served as a director of Lesson Nine GmbH, a private education services company operating as Babbel, from December 2020 to March 2021.
