Miguel Patricio

Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors

Miguel Patricio has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company since June 2019. He has also served as a director of Kraft Heinz since May 2021 and as Chair of the Board of Directors since May 2022.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Miguel spent 20 years with Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev) and its predecessors. Most recently, he served as Chief of Special Global Projects – Marketing from January to June 2019. From 2012 to December 2018, Miguel was AB Inbev's Chief Marketing Officer, where he developed and implemented a strategic playbook for global brands Corona, Budweiser, and Stella Artois. Before becoming Chief Marketing Officer, Miguel served as AB InBev's Zone President, Asia Pacific from 2008 to 2012, Zone President, North America from 2006 to 2008, and as Vice President, Marketing for the North America Zone from 2005 to 2006. He also was Chief Marketing Officer at Companhia de Bebidas das Americas S.A. (Ambev), a Brazilian brewing company and predecessor of AB InBev, from 1999 to 2004. Prior to joining Ambev, Miguel held a variety of leadership positions at other global consumer packaged goods companies. He served as Vice President, Marketing at Philip Morris International Inc. from 1997 to 1999, as Global Marketing Director for The Coca-Cola Company from 1996 to 1997, and as Global Marketing Director for Johnson & Johnson from 1989 to 1995.

Miguel holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.

Miguel is expected to transition to the role of non-executive Chair of the Board at the beginning of the Company's 2024 fiscal year.

Andre Maciel

Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer

Andre Maciel is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. He is responsible for the Company’s global accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, budget and business planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, global business services, and Global Center of Excellence functions.

Andre has been with Kraft Heinz since the merger in July 2015 and has held several leadership roles, including most recently as Senior Vice President, U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Head of Digital Transformation from September 2019 to March 2022. He was also Managing Director, Continental Europe from January 2019 to August 2019, Chief Financial Officer, U.S. from September 2017 to January 2019, and Head of U.S. Commercial Finance from July 2015 to September 2017.

Prior to Kraft Heinz, Andre served as Head of U.S. Commercial Finance for the H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation.

Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidade de São Paulo as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

Carlos Abrams-Rivera

President of Kraft Heinz

Carlos Abrams-Rivera has served as President of Kraft Heinz since August 2023. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and President, North America Zone from December 2021 to August 2023.

Before joining Kraft Heinz in February 2020 as U.S. Zone President, Carlos was the Executive Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks at Campbell Soup Company (Campbell) from May 2019 to February 2020. He served as Senior Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks from April 2018 to May 2019, President, Campbell Snacks from March 2018 to April 2018, and President, Pepperidge Farm from 2015 to March 2018. Prior to Campbell, he was at Mondelēz International (Mondelēz), serving as President, Gum and Candy – Latin America from January to August 2015. He was President, Mondelēz Mexico from 2013 to 2015; Senior Vice President, Global Beverages from January to September 2013, and Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy from 2011 to 2013.

Before Mondelēz, Carlos held a broad range of other roles and management positions at Kraft Foods Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2010.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

The Company’s Board of Directors appointed Carlos to become Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board effective at the beginning of the Company's 2024 fiscal year. In his current role, Carlos continues to be responsible for leading operations for North America, the Company’s largest zone.

Kathy Krenger

Senior Vice President and Global Chief Communications Officer

Kathy Krenger has been the Global Chief Communications Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2021 and Senior Vice President and Global Chief Communications Officer since December 2021. She is responsible for the Company’s global internal, external, and executive communications, media relations, corporate reputation management, and global crisis and issues management.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Kathy was with Hyatt Hotels Corporation (Hyatt), where she served as Senior Vice President, Global Communications from January 2019 to July 2021 and Vice President, Global Communications from 2017 to January 2019. From 2014 to 2017, she was Executive Vice President and General Manager, U.S. Food Sector Lead at Edible, Inc., a Daniel J. Edelman Holdings (Edelman) company. She served as Executive Vice President and General Manager, Global Client Relationship Manager of krispr communications, an Edelman company, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, she was with Edelman as Deputy General Manager, Executive Vice President, Brand Marketing/Communications from 2005 to 2011 and Senior Account Supervisor – Vice President, Group Manager from 1998 to 2004. Kathy previously held various public relations and marketing positions with Burson-Marsteller from 2003 to 2004, Kellogg's Cereal City USA from 1997 to 1998, Six Flags Great America from 1995 to 1997, Hyatt from 1992 to 1995, and Ticketmaster Entertainment LLC from 1989 to 1992.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telecommunications and Art from Indiana University.

Rashida La Lande

Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel, and Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer

Rashida La Lande has been the Executive Vice President, Global General Counsel, and Chief Sustainability and Corporate Affairs Officer at The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2021. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, Global General and Head of ESG (formerly CSR) and Government Affairs from October 2018 to December 2021 and Corporate Secretary from January 2018 to May 2022. She joined Kraft Heinz as Senior Vice President, Global General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in January 2018, and her responsibilities expanded to include leadership of the Company’s Environmental Social Governance (ESG), formerly Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and Global Government Affairs functions in October 2018.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Rashida was a partner at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, where she practiced as a partner from 2007 to January 2018 and as an associate from 2000 to 2007, advising corporations and their Boards of Directors in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, private equity deals, and joint ventures. She began her legal career as an associate at Chadbourne & Parke LLP from 1998 to 2000.

Rashida holds a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School in New York City.

Marcos Eloi Lima

Chief Procurement Officer

Marcos Eloi Lima is the Chief Procurement Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. He joined Kraft Heinz in 2019 and is responsible for leading the Company’s procurement organization globally.

Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Eloi spent 20 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev (ABI) serving in various leadership roles within the company’s procurement and sustainability function. He was most recently based in Mexico, where as Procurement and Sustainability Vice President he led the company's integration with the SABMiller business in Latin America as part of ABI's Middle Americas Zone.

Eloi holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from Catholic University of Salvador, and an MBA from BSP, both in Brazil.

Rafael Oliveira

Executive Vice President and President, International Markets

Rafael Oliveira has served as Executive Vice President and President, International Markets for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2021 and served as International Zone President from July 2019 to December 2021. In these roles, he is responsible for leading all business operations for the Company in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Asia Pacific, and Latin America. He previously served as Zone President of EMEA from 2016 to June 2019 and served briefly as Managing Director of Kraft Heinz UK & Ireland in 2016. Rafa joined Kraft Heinz in 2014 as President of Kraft Heinz Australia, New Zealand, and Papua New Guinea and served in that role until 2016.

Before joining the Company, Rafa spent more than 15 years in the financial industry, including holding positions at Goldman Sachs in Emerging Markets from 2010 to 2014 and in Structured Products Sales from 2004 to 2010, and as an Equity Research Analyst at Banco BBA Creditanstalt from 1999 to 2002, and Banco Icatu from 1996 to 1999.

Rafa earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Flavio Torres

Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer

Flavio Torres has been Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer since December 2021. Previously, he served as Head of Global Operations from January 2020 to December 2021. He is responsible for the Company's global operations organization, including all areas of manufacturing, logistics, and quality.

Before joining Kraft Heinz, Flavio was Vice President Supply Global at Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev) from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he was with Companhia de Bebidas das Americas S.A. (Ambev), a Brazilian brewing company and predecessor of AB InBev, from 1994 to 2016. He joined as a Global Management trainee and took on increasing responsibilities, serving as a Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, Regional Supply Director, and Zone Brewery Support Director, and eventually serving the company as Supply Chain Vice President from 2014 to 2016.

Flavio holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais in Brazil. He received a master's degree in Economics at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.

Melissa Werneck

Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer

Melissa Werneck is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. She oversees the Company's global Human Resources function, which leads talent management and talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards and recognition, engagement, learning and diversity, inclusion and belonging. She has served in this capacity since August 2016. Previously, she was Head of Global Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology from 2015 to 2016.

Before the Kraft Heinz merger in 2015, Melissa served as Head of Global Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology at H. J. Heinz Company from 2013 to 2015. Before Heinz, Melissa worked at América Latina Logística S.A. (ALL), where she served as Chief People Officer & Performance Management Vice President from 2010 to 2013, People & Performance Management Senior Director from 2009 to 2010, and as People & Performance Management Senior Manager from 2007 to 2008.

Melissa holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and an MBA from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business at the Federal University of Rio De Janeiro.
