Carlos Abrams-Rivera
Carlos Abrams-Rivera has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Kraft Heinz Company and a member of the Board of Directors since December 2023. Previously, he served as President of Kraft Heinz between August and December 2023. He also was Executive Vice President and President, North America from December 2021 to August 2023, and U.S. Zone President from February 2020 to December 2021. In both roles, he was responsible for leading operations for the Company’s largest zone.
Before joining Kraft Heinz, Carlos was the Executive Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks at Campbell Soup Company (Campbell) from May 2019 to February 2020. He served as Senior Vice President and President, Campbell Snacks from April 2018 to May 2019, President, Campbell Snacks from March 2018 to April 2018, and President, Pepperidge Farm from 2015 to March 2018. Prior to Campbell, he was at Mondelēz International (Mondelēz), where he served as President, Gum and Candy – Latin America in 2015; President, Mondelēz Mexico from 2013 to 2015; Senior Vice President, Global Beverages in 2013; and Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy from 2011 to 2013.
Before Mondelēz, Carlos held a broad range of other roles and management positions at Kraft Foods Group, Inc. from 1998 to 2010.
Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
Andre Maciel
Andre Maciel is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Financial Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. He is responsible for the Company’s global accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, budget and business planning, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, information technology, global business services, and Global Center of Excellence functions.
Andre has been with Kraft Heinz since the merger in July 2015 and has held several leadership roles, including most recently as Senior Vice President, U.S. Chief Financial Officer and Head of Digital Transformation from September 2019 to March 2022. He was also Managing Director, Continental Europe from January 2019 to August 2019, Chief Financial Officer, U.S. from September 2017 to January 2019, and Head of U.S. Commercial Finance from July 2015 to September 2017.
Prior to Kraft Heinz, Andre served as Head of U.S. Commercial Finance for the H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation.
Andre holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidade de São Paulo as well as an MBA from INSEAD.
Willem Brandt
Willem Brandt has been Zone President, Europe and Pacific Developed Markets for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. In this role, he is responsible for business operations in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, and Japan.
Willem has been with Kraft Heinz since 2021, serving as President, Continental Europe from October 2021 to December 2023, where he led the Company's business in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, and Italy.
Before joining Kraft Heinz, he spent 22 years at Unilever PLC in various marketing, sales, and general management roles at local, European, and global levels. Most recently, he served as Unilever's Vice President Home Care Europe from 2018 to October 2021. Before this, he held senior roles at the company as Global Vice President – Channel Transformation Foods & Refreshment/Ecommerce UFS, Global Vice President Ecommerce & Customer Development – Unilever FoodSolutions, and Country Manager and Vice President Sales, The Netherlands.
Willem holds an LLM (Master of Laws) degree from Utrecht University in the Netherlands as well as an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and Fontainebleau, France.
Diana Frost
Diana Frost has served as Global Chief Growth Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. She focuses on strategy, disruptive innovation, growth, and marketing excellence at the global level, driving a global culture of collaboration and creativity.
Diana has been with Kraft Heinz since 2020, previously serving as Chief Growth Officer, North America from August 2022 to December 2023. Before that, she served as Head of North America Disruption and Canada Chief Marketing Officer from January to August 2022 and Chief Growth Officer, Canada, from September 2020 to December 2021. She also has been a key executive sponsor of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging programs at Kraft Heinz Canada.
Before joining Kraft Heinz, Diana spent nearly 13 years at Mars, Incorporated, where she was Head of Portfolio Transformation, Mars Wrigley US from January 2019 to September 2020, as well as Vice President of Marketing for Mars Wrigley Canada from 2017 to 2018; Vice President of Marketing, Chocolate from 2016 to 2017; Brand Director for Mars Pet Nutrition from 2011 to 2016; and Senior Brand Manager for Mars Chocolate from 2007 to 2011. She began her career at PepsiCo as an Assistant Brand Manager and then Associate Brand Manager from 2005 to 2007.
Diana holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Ivey School of Business at The University of Western Ontario in Canada.
Bruno Keller
Bruno Keller has been Zone President, West and East Emerging Markets for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. He is responsible for the Company's business across Latin America, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Bruno has been with Kraft Heinz since 2014. He has held several leadership roles at the Company, including previously as President, LATAM from January 2023 to December 2023. This region includes the Company's operations in various countries in South and Central America. Before taking on this role, he served as Zone President, Canada from September 2019 to December 2022 and Head of Category Development for Canada from February to August 2019. Bruno also was Head of Business Development from 2018 to February 2019; Managing Director South Europe from 2017 to 2018; Managing Director South Europe from 2015 to 2017; and Managing Director Heinz Italy from 2015 to 2017. He served as Trade Marketing InStore Marketing and Food Services Manager of H.J. Heinz Holding Corporation, one of Kraft Heinz's predecessor companies, from 2014 to 2015.
With more than two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, prior to his tenure at Kraft Heinz, Bruno held management positions in sales, trade marketing, and revenue management at companies including Unilever PLC, PepsiCo, Inc., Philip Morris International Inc., and Companhia de Bebidas das Americas S.A.
Bruno holds a degree in Economics from the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina and a Masters in Sales and Marketing from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, both in Brazil. He also earned a specialization in Branding from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Marcos Eloi Lima
Marcos Eloi Lima has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Procurement and Sustainability Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. He has been Executive Vice President since December 2021 and Chief Procurement Officer since October 2019 and is responsible for leading the Company’s procurement organization globally. He joined Kraft Heinz as Advisor in the area of procurement in July 2019.
Eloi holds a bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting from Catholic University of Salvador, and an MBA from BSP, both in Brazil.
Pedro Navio
Pedro Navio has served as Executive Vice President and President, North America for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. He is responsible for leading operations for the Company's largest zone and in two of its most important markets, the United States and Canada.
Pedro has been with Kraft Heinz since 2017, previously serving as President – Taste, Meals, and Away From Home in North America from March 2022 through December 2023. Before being named to this role, he served as President, Latin America from November 2019 to December 2021. He also served as President, Brazil, from 2017 to November 2019.
Prior to joining Kraft Heinz, Pedro was Global Head of Marketing, Innovation, R&D and New Ventures at BRF S.A. in 2017. Before BRF, he spent more than 15 years at Red Bull GmbH, serving most recently as President Latin America from 2011 to 2016. He served as General Manager Brazil, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay from 2009 to 2011 and in various marketing and brand management positions of increasing responsibility from 2001 to 2009.
Pedro holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing (ESPM) in Brazil.
Cory Onell
Cory Onell has served Executive Vice President and Chief Omnichannel Sales and Asian Emerging Markets Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company since December 2023. In this role, he is responsible for unlocking growth through distribution and channel strategies, as well as leading the Company's Asia emerging markets strategy, including the Company's Asia businesses outside of Japan and South Korea.
Cory has been with Kraft Heinz since 2020, most recently as Chief Sales Officer, U.S. from August 2020 to December 2023. In this role, he also was responsible for North America ecommerce. He has served as a board member for the Company's WE Network, an award-winning global leadership development program supporting, growing, and developing current and future leaders who identify as women, since December 2020.
Prior to Kraft Heinz, Cory served as Senior Vice President and Head of U.S. Retail Sales at the J. M. Smucker Company in 2020. Before that, he worked as Senior Vice President, Sales at the Campbell Soup Company from 2017 to April 2020 and as Vice President Sales, Adult & Feminine Care at Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 2016 to 2017. He spent more than nine years at Mondelēz International, Inc. in various sales and regional leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Global Transformation Lead – Sales Business Services from 2015 to 2016.
Cory holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Flavio Torres
Flavio Torres has been Executive Vice President and Global Chief Supply Chain Officer since December 2021. Previously, he served as Head of Global Operations from January 2020 to December 2021. He is responsible for the Company's global operations organization, including all areas of manufacturing, logistics, and quality.
Before joining Kraft Heinz, Flavio was Vice President Supply Global at Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV (AB InBev) from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he was with Companhia de Bebidas das Americas S.A. (Ambev), a Brazilian brewing company and predecessor of AB InBev, from 1994 to 2016. He joined as a Global Management trainee and took on increasing responsibilities, serving as a Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Director, Plant Manager, Regional Supply Director, and Zone Brewery Support Director, and eventually serving the company as Supply Chain Vice President from 2014 to 2016.
Flavio holds a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais in Brazil. He received a master's degree in Economics at Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil.
Melissa Werneck
Melissa Werneck is the Executive Vice President and Global Chief People Officer for The Kraft Heinz Company. She oversees the Company's global Human Resources function, which leads talent management and talent acquisition, leadership development, total rewards and recognition, engagement, learning and diversity, inclusion and belonging. She has served in this capacity since August 2016. Previously, she was Head of Global Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology from 2015 to 2016.
Before the Kraft Heinz merger in 2015, Melissa served as Head of Global Human Resources, Performance and Information Technology at H. J. Heinz Company from 2013 to 2015. Before Heinz, Melissa worked at América Latina Logística S.A. (ALL), where she served as Chief People Officer & Performance Management Vice President from 2010 to 2013, People & Performance Management Senior Director from 2009 to 2010, and as People & Performance Management Senior Manager from 2007 to 2008.
Melissa holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil and an MBA from the COPPEAD Graduate School of Business at the Federal University of Rio De Janeiro.
